Requirements
- Education: Pass SPM and above
- Knowledge of Word and Excel usage
- Good typing skills (25-40 words per minute)
- Good understanding of English and Malay

Responsibilities
- Transferring physical data into digital formats
- Keying in data accurately and within the designated time
- Compiling and sorting out information for every entry into the company’s database
- Reviewing data thoroughly for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and replications
Business Development Representative
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to acquire key accounts & partners for honestbee Malaysia.
This is a flexi-hour and commission based job, where you will be paid when a sales/lead/deal is closed.
We expect a hardworking representative to earn RM 3000 – 4000 commissions monthly.
Training & guidance will be provided to qualified candidates. Screening, interview & examination will be conducted before qualified candidates are appointed as representative.
The ideal candidate is someone who speaks & negotiates well, is presentable, honest and is people friendly.
Main scope of works:
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails with companies in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Retail sectors
Present our company to potential clients
Negotiate & close deals for honestbee.
Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Set up meeting or calls for the Business Development Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experiences.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role. Property & insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and walk-in sales).
